Where do i start with these cowboys you tell them to move there cars or vans you get abused then to top matters off you get maliciously reported for stuff you haven't done so all i will say is karma is real. Maybe these need looking into by trade and standards when you call you get passed around by some office staff never get to speak to the owner or manager
We had some nerves about replacing all our windows and doors, having recently moved in to a Victorian era cottage, however having chosen Haus we couldn’t have been more pleased, excellent service, friendly polite staff and great products. Lewis and Louie fitted the final door today and like all the Haus team were excellent. Thanks team!
4th install by HAUS Installations. HAUS have installed windows doors and a conservatory with a warm roof. We have used this company for the past 5 years and their service continues to be 5 stars. Great install of a door and windows today by Jay & Mason and extremely tidy. 2 further doors on order.
1st class service. Delivery went smoothly & the installation team - Tim & Aj were simply majestic. They worked so hard on day 1 that the structure was almost completely up. I was amazed. Polite, clean and efficient and surprisingly quiet! The team in the office were always on hand to answer my questions in a timely and supportive manner.
Would unfortunately NOT recommend this company. The installation was supposed to take half a day and took a whole day and five additional visits which according to Tom at Haus, should be expected as the period for installation quoted is only a guide. Apparently they lost money due to all the visits and somehow that would seem to be my fault. I was offered a £50 gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill, which I thought was a little insulting, apparently they couldn’t give me cash back. I paid the bill and all of a sudden the gesture has been removed. Tom did make several attempts to visit and speak to us but to be honest by that point I was a little fed up of speaking to them, I just wanted some money off for our inconvenience but it would seem the company like to try and say that they care but their actions don’t back that up. I can now see from the reply from Haus that they are also now prepared to lie to try and make themselves look better. I can assure you I NEVER said any such thing to Molly, what I did say was that there were few companies around that did cellar lightwells. To distort the truth to try and make your attempts look better is quite frankly appalling. If you want to discuss who lied to who, perhaps we should discuss the fact that Molly assured me trickle vents would be standard, which they weren’t and then we can discuss your fitter who used the excuse of not being able to access our house as a reason for not completing the job, another lie, thankfully caught on our ring camera. You may have completed the work now Tom but 5 visits is just not what you expect for £2,000 worth of work.
