Huge thank you to Steve House of House Construction Cornwall for the incredible work on our Petty Fours restaurant refurbishment in Truro. Steve and Leota have been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. No job was too big or too small. Steve has an incredible eye for detail. Steve’s thoughtful suggestions enhance the functionality and flow of our space—ideas we wouldn’t have even considered but now can’t imagine being without. His commitment to quality and craftsmanship is evident throughout the project, and he made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Stephen was incredibly skilful, professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the multitude of skills he has, enabling him to create everything in our bathroom from plasterboard, to the fittings and tiling. His work was meticulous, with a great eye for detail. He was of course friendly, with a great sense of humour. Stephen was able to easily work around any issues that arose, which when working on an old cottage was a real asset! We thank him for the incredible luxury he has created for us, we adore our new bathroom and will most definitely use his skills and experience again.

We highly recommend Stephen, he helped us with so much through our house renovations. He installed large roof windows, removed and added partition walls, laid a lime screed floor base on top of the foundations and bedded large limestone flagstones for our floors and many more jobs. He’s very professional and comes up with very good ideas and advice. We couldn’t have done it without his help and Leota’s help to organise everything. Thank you so much.
