We recently had electrical work carried out following an EICR report we were very impressed with the entire experience. everything was completed to an excellent standard. A special thank you to Tina for managing the whole process so smoothly. She kept us regularly updated throughout, which made everything stress-free and easy to follow. The quality of the work carried out by Jon was outstanding, and the team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in what they do. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to others and will definitely consider them for any future electrical work.

I needed an Electrical Installation Condition Report for a flat I rent out and as a previous customer of JET had no hesitation asking them to do the inspection. Tina organised it for me directly with the tenant within a week and I believe Nathan carried it out. I asked my tenant how the job went and he said 'full marks'. Excellent service.

During the house buying process I contacted JET Electrical to assist assessing the conditions of the electrics in the house. They was really helpful in talking me through the problems and then giving an excellent quote. They was easy to communicate with and Tina made the process so easy to organise a full rewire just weeks after getting the keys to our home. This meant we was not having to wait ages before we could move into our home. The rewire was amazing and they came round before hand and explained the plan, gave us advice on where we should put plug sockets due to the house having very little. The engineers were amazing as we were able to just give them a key and they sorted all the work out whilst we were out the house. Since living with the work they have done their expertise really shows on the convenience they have provided around plug sockets and lighting / switch positions. I cannot recommend them any higher and I will almost certainly be using them again.
