I had a noise coming from my fuse box and needed this checking out. Steve was very prompt to reply to my message, and his communication was very efficient. Steve made time to come out to have a look at the fuse box the next day. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would and was very knowledgeable. Although the problem isn't fully resolved yet, we now know a bit more about what could be causing it. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve again

Despite an initial delay between his quotation visit and receiving a quotation, once Steve arrived I knew we had made the right decision waiting for him to complete the work. He is polite, friendly and considerate - he always made sure the door was shut if going outside to make sure our house cat didn’t escape. He changed several plug sockets, light fittings, installed an outdoor socket and also moved plug sockets to a preferable location in our bedroom. He works to an extremely high standard and even hoovered up after himself! We will now be using Steve for all our electrical work.
