I was going to leave 2 stars because he helped me to get a remortgage by emailing my solicitor to confirm that he was going to undertake some works on my rental property (which I pre-paid). However, in light of him giving my tenant two inexcusable issues, and cancelling appointments, I can’t give more than 1*. Once he said he could not come back on 2nd Feb, as I had told my mortgage company, he asked if I still needed the work done (implying that he would refund me and just not do the work required to make the electrics safe for my tenants). He quickly deleted this message and I confirmed that I did still want the work done. He then came back another day but didn’t finish, and had to make a fourth appointment. My tenant had to make arrangements four times. Women - do not book! At one point he accused me of being rude and threatening when I had simply formally stated that I would like the certificate I had paid for and he was supposed to provide on 2.2.26 by the end of the week 13.2.26. He has now provided the certificate. I would never book his services again and my tenant will be leaving her own review regarding the damage and consequencial loss. I have a feeling I would have had a better experience if I were a man using this company.

Contacted Azzeddine Kebbi for an ECIR report. He was able to fit us in and it was completed within a week. We discussed what issues there were in the flat and how to resolve them. He then provided a reasonable quote to fix the work. We had Azzeddine back to complete the tasks and then recived an updated report. His work was good, he was polite, professional and punctual. We'd happily recommend to friends and acquaintances.

Having found a load of random things in our new house, we were able to rattle through chasing, new sockets and fuse board in just a couple of weeks - and this included a detour to rewire the living room after we unexpectedly needed a new floor! Great and flexible service - and very reasonably priced.

He diagnosed the problem as a faulty pulse switch and had it replaced and working in no time. Azzeddine was friendly and extremely professional.
