Submitted a job to replace a pendant light fitting with a flushed ceiling light which I had already purchased with my own money. Person was late outside my 2hr appointment time slot by 15 minutes which I didn't mind too much. Job was quick only taking 20 minutes. The part that I'm upset about is the cost. The site itself mentions their per hour job rate at £75 per hour + VAT. I was quoted £135 which I begrudgingly accepted but when I got the invoice it ended up being over £160 since they failed to mention in the quote that it was in leu of the VAT cost. I cannot accept a 20 minute job costing over £160, just feels like an absolute scam. If your reading this find somewhere else for your jobs.

London Electricians (Storage Heater Repairs) were brilliant. Really efficient and helpful service and a reasonable price. Repaired 2 storage heaters for me which 2 other electricians said needed totally replacing at a cost of £2-3k. Very impressed.

I was super impressed with London Electrcians. They serviced my 1990 Creda storage combi and from start to finish the service was professional, polite and more importantly transparent. Ovidiu answered all of my questions and gave me cost effective advice of maintenance, future replacement options and on going servicing. I will definitely use these guys again!

Good service & professional work. They keep the client updated, and arrive for appointments on time. Fees are reasonable.
