Sent an electrician out within the hour who replaced a fuse in immersion heater and reset it and then declined payment..must be a faulty thermostat because it tripped again and i had to ask another electrician to come again, who showed me the reset button and once again declined to charge me. Simply the best electrical company in the world. If all companies were like this we would live in paradise. Edit...they did charge me much later, infact they threatened me, apropos of nothing, since they hadn't sent out a bill.
