Rob was excellent. Came and fitted a new consumer unit for us. Great service and knowledge, explained everything for us and they were really quick to come out. Thank you so much.

J came out on a bank holiday Sunday and was honest enough to advise that the planned extraction fan would be of little benefit when he assessed the issue. He gave lots of useful advice on alternative solutions and did not charge anything, even for the congestion charge that he incurred. This fairness and honesty renders me likely to use NE1 Electrical in future and I have no hesitation in recommending the firm to others.

So we found ourselves with power cutting out , checked fuse board couldn't find a problem, bearing in mind its Saturday morning , and nice fella from NE1 Electrical came out to us Saturday evening and although it was looking like it couldn't be fixed until Monday so we would be without power until then , the fella (wish I had got his name ) said in his words I can't leave you like this with no power until Monday, then he proceeded to get it sorted, thank you so much buddy, what an absolute brilliant service if I could rate you 10 stars I would ...once again cheers guys , fantastic company...

Absolutely outstanding service. We had an emergency call out on Saturday night, 18th April, and the guy (sorry, didn't get his name) went above and beyond to resolve our issue. I have never known service like that before and can't thank him enough. Amazing, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
