We recently hired North West London Builders Ltd to repair and replace a tiled valley line in our house which was causing water to seep into the house. I spoke to Bill who came to inspect the work that day.

My roof is old and it was quite damaged. I have been noticing that it is getting worse for a few days now. So I contacted North West London Builders Ltd to have the roof repaired. Bill and his team came the next day and inspected it thoroughly. They identified the problem and started the repair work professionally. The whole process was easy and transparent. The team was very friendly and responsible (Bill in particular is an exceptionally nice person). The quality of the work was very good and everything was left clean at the end. The service experience was very satisfactory.

The whole job was thoroughly discussed and agreed with Bill at the outset, who was friendly, professional, helpful and honest. A price was agreed which was adhered to and the time required to complete the job was also agreed. The old tiles were removed for reuse. All the old felt and battens were removed and at my request and in consultation with Mr Bill first replaced with a high quality breathable membrane, along with new treated battens. All other areas that needed attention were addressed and I was left feeling reassured. New eaves trays and new roof bird guards were fitted to the entire roof edge. New lead work was done to the base of the chimney, and new lead work was also done to the brickwork of the rear extension. Apex ridge tiles, and fitted with good quality mortar to the front and back. I am now confident that my roof is rain-proof and is now of a high professional standard. I am very happy that I chose this company to do this urgent work. I have no hesitation in recommending this organization.

They arrived on time as promised, both for the initial quote and the repair work; the work was completed quickly and Bill and his team went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed safely and securely. Bill and his team were absolutely fantastic. Over the past few years we have been let down by various roofing and guttering companies; they either didn't show up at all or the quality of their work was very poor. Bill showed up on time and gave a competitive quote that evening, arranged the work straight away and his team were brilliant. The gutters and fascia look great and come with a 20 year guarantee.
