Got to say can’t praise these guys enough. Called them up after the last company was continuously trying to up-sell and charge extra on jobs. Had Mark come out for a boiler service, talked me through everything and confirmed no need for additional work. James came out another time for a couple leaking pipes and got to say he did a wonderful job. Both of them were on time and took their time with the job. Happy to say found confidence in these guys and know they’re not looking to rip anyone off. Highly recommending them to family and friends.

Everything from booking the appointment to getting safety certificates and estimates through has been super efficient.<br><br>The engineer who came out to us, Mark, was friendly and helpful, explained everything I needed to know and - unlike so many other people who've done work for us - arrived precisely when he said he would! It was honestly a pleasure to meet him (and he was very tolerant of my over-friendly dogs!).<br><br>We received gas safety certificates and water test results within hours of our joint boiler and cylinder service, as well as estimates for the recommended remedial work, which we've now booked in.<br><br>Thanks so much for your transparency and for making the whole process so easy. As a busy working mum I've found the painlessness of this whole experience priceless!
