Great service, turned up when expected and resolved the problem with great efficiency and professionalism. Power back on within an hour of arriving after I had been trying for 3 days! Good job.
With very bad timing my home EV charger stopped working at the start of Christmas week. The team at PJC were very helpful and arranged for someone to call the same morning. They quickly found the fault but didn't have a replacement part with them or in stock. The original plan was to get the part delivered to the electricians home address so, if it arrived over the holiday period, they could still come and fit it. However they didn't give up and searched the stores and found the right part that wasn't recorded as being in stock. They then came back to the house and finished the job. Great commitment to customer service from everyone.
Arrived on time and diagnosed/fixed the fault very quickly.
