Chris came and did the electrics for our new kitchen, new fuse box and did a electrical report. The quote was clear and itemised, so we knew what cost what and what the bill would be. Chris did not stop, he worked incredibly hard and took care in our home when installing new electrics. He made sure everything was up to a high standard and safe. We cannot recommend Chris and Polar energy enough.

I recently had solar panels and a battery system installed by Polar Energy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Even as I’m writing this, it’s pouring with rain and there’s barely any daylight—yet the system is still generating more electricity than I’m using. The battery performance has also been excellent, storing and supplying energy exactly as expected. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. The scaffolding was set up and efficiently, all paperwork was completed thoroughly and on time, and the site was left spotless—no mess or debris whatsoever. The team provided clear, practical advice on the best panels for my needs, and the inclusion of bird-proofing was a great touch. The survey reports were also written in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process much more reassuring. If I had to find one small “issue,” it’s that they seem to have underestimated just how much energy the system would produce—which is hardly a complaint! Overall, a fantastic service and a company I would highly recommend.
