As I was commuting for work, from Leicester to Rutland, I found myself in a bit of an issue when the whole bottom of my car decided to come loose and scrape across the floor.<br><br>As you can imagine, every bump no matter how small was like nails on a chalk board.<br><br>Luckily, as soon i showed up to these guys, they took it inside and within 5 minutes, had it sorted.<br><br>Saved me a lot of hassle. Having recently retired and now having my own vehicle rather than a company one for the last 45 years, I booked my car in for its service.<br>My better half had used RA a couple of times for her car in last 3 years since we moved to Rutland, and she couldn’t recommend them highly enough.<br>What a fabulous experience after dealing with the usual big car dealerships.<br>Car was ready inside 3 hours, fabulous job, such lovely staff in the office (possibly owners).<br>Pricing was excellent too.<br>What impressed me further was as I returned to my car, an employee reversing past me to maybe take a car on a road test, gave me a big smile and a wave and by the time I reached the gate, another employee walking into yard made a point of making eye contact, smiling and waving.<br>What a fabulous experience, they have a new customer for life.<br>10/10 and thank you for brightening my morning on such a miserable wet day.
