First visit to Shade, and I loved it! I booked in with Lucy for a cut and restyle (I got a fringe) and Lucy was so welcoming and answered all my questions. I HATE going to salons, especially new ones as I find them to be quite judgemental, however Shade is such a nice environment and I will definitely be going back❤️
I was super happy with my cut. I usually see Mai but as she wasn’t going to be available she recommended Jai. Very welcoming reception and great cutting skills.😃😃
Jay was amazing. He understood my thick curly hair, took the time with me to decide on a style, and had such a great chat that I nearly forgot I was even having my haircut. 10/10 thanks Jay

I had such a lovely hair change with Jay and I couldn’t be any happier. I booked a free consultation in December, and as soon as I arrived they all were very welcoming. Jay helped me out to find the best treatment for my hair and what I needed to book at the time of booking my appointment. On the day of the appointment, Jay took the time to go again with me through what I wanted and I left with a new and beautiful hair ! Definitely discovered my hairdresser and I definitely recommend it to everyone !
