Terrible service! Tried to arrange someone to come and check one of the potential faulty cameras. Almost 3 weeks still no reply. Finally got throu it to make an appointment, on the day after gone pass the time he said he will come. No one turn up. I then called and checked what happened. The staff simply just said it was an emergency from another client. We cannot do anything about it. Honestly go somewhere else who is professional. Steer away from SMD.

Excellent overall. Great communication at each stage of our electric work done for our new electric gates. Very competitive quote initially. The electrician who came out was very patient and explained the system fully. His work was excellent and attention to detail perfect! We were very happy with the whole job! Cannot recommend enough. Excellent work carried out by SMD. Complete installation of Cat-6 cabling throughout our offices, new electrical points added throughout and CCTV cameras installed. The team helped to scope out our requirements and the work was planned in. Team that carried out the work were brilliant.
