Poor communication.

Very happy with work carried out to fit a smart immersion timer controller recessed into wall which exactly met my requirements. Skillfully done and very neatly finished.
I would highly recommend from the first visit from Shaun who came and gave us a quote for the work to be done. James & Andy the guys who carried out the work were very professional, polite & friendly. They arrived on time and came when they said. If I ever need any electrical work to be done I would definitely have these guys back.
