I recently hired Zaf Homes Ltd for a full renovation of my 6-bed ensuite HMO, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Converting a property of this size to a high standard requires a lot of coordination, and the team handled it brilliantly. The finish in the bedrooms and ensuites is excellent, and they were mindful of HMO regulations throughout. Highly recommended for any HMO landlords looking for a reliable, quality builder.
I honestly cannot rate these guys highly enough. Took a chance with Google and am so happy with the work Zaf and his team have done. Started off with work in my own house when we moved, then kept them on for an investment rental and now they have just built from scratch a 2 bed annexe in my garden. Absolutely 💯 recommended . Definitely using again.
