We recently moved into an old Victorian house and quickly realised our boiler, which was over 20 years old, needed replacing. Ashley first came to assess the situation, and it was clear from the start that he knew exactly what he was doing. We booked him in a couple of weeks later for a full replacement, which ended up being a one and a half day job due to the condition and awkward placement of the old system.<br><br>Despite the challenges, Ash handled everything quickly and efficiently. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and polite, and it’s clear he takes real pride in his work. His communication has been excellent from day one — always quick to respond and happy to explain things clearly.<br><br>We’re very happy with the service he’s provided and will absolutely continue to use his plumbing and heating services as we go through our home renovations. My Cloakroom's old blue coloured close-coupled toilet and matching hand wash basin needed updating and when the lever flush system failed to work then it was a case of finding a plumber.<br>The plumber I had used for over 30 years had Retired and when I asked if he could recommend someone he immediately recommended Ashley.<br>I gave Ashley a call and arrangements were made to have him look at the work required and to provide me with a quote.<br>This was carried out and upon receipt of the quote I was more than happy to proceed.<br>A few weeks later and my new modern White close-coupled toilet with push button flush and new hand wash basin with it's basin mixer tap was plumbed in.<br>Ashley had to rearrange the existing complicated pipework and he added stop valves to the feeds which were lacking on the old set up.<br>Ashley did an excellent job.<br>I can highly recommend Ashley, not only for his work but also for the manner in which he carries it out.<br><br>Thanks again Ashley.
