We had a new boiler installed by this company last year and they have just been to do the free service. No problem organising this , they arrived when they said they would and completed the service. Very professional, would have no hesitation recommending them .
My mothers boiler decided to break down Thursday before Good Friday. I called expecting them to book me in after the Easter break. The worse case scenario was a new boiler. Not only was the boiler supplied, but the work was completed in one day. On Easter Sunday. Great work guys. Wayne.

Excellent service at the start. Post service: rude and unprofessional. System not balanced at time of installation and telling tenant to pour hot water on condensate pipe that isn't insulated. 4 days over the 12 month warranty and he's being highly unreasonable ... doesn't value good relations. Now escalating. Be warned. Update: reported to gassafe, he began threatening me and overly confident nothing would be found... he was wrong. Faults found. He had to go and fix. All in email.
