I honestly can’t recommend this business and, in particular, TJ highly enough. TJ completed work for my Dad several years ago and he was always so impressed with his attitude and the quality of his work; he never used anyone else. When my Dad passed away, I reached out to TJ to help with ongoing work for Mum’s house, and my own property and he has done nothing but support us brilliantly ever since. Whether it’s him helping us directly or recommending other, equally high-quality workers, he goes above and beyond, and his speedy responses and support means he’s our family’s trusted go-to person, and who I recommend to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently completed a kitchen extension and utility/toilet build with Brooklands Construction, and I honestly can’t thank TJ, Paul, and the whole team — including Dave, Michael and others — enough for their hard work, professionalism, and care throughout the project. It was quite the journey for us. My partner Eddie and I had only just relocated from Warwickshire to be closer to our daughter and grandson, and we applied for planning during the conveyancing stage so that work could start almost immediately. Within a couple of weeks of moving into our Victorian home, we were straight into a major build — something we’d never done before! Balancing the move, my busy work-from-home job, and two senior dogs (who weren’t sure whether they were coming or going!) could have been overwhelming, but TJ and the team made the process so much easier. They were fantastic with the dogs and incredibly considerate of our schedules and space. As with any older property, we faced a few unexpected challenges — old Victorian pipework for water and gas being one of them — but the team overcame every obstacle with a professional, solution-focused attitude. Communication was great throughout, and we always felt we were in safe hands. The quality of the build and attention to detail have been excellent, and the finished space has truly transformed our home. We’re so grateful for all the effort and care that went into it, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brooklands Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and skilled team. We wanted to knock down an internal wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open plan space for cooking and entertaining. We ended up totally renovating the space with new bifold doors, new boiler system, underfloor heating, feature exposed brick wall, stone floor tiles (amongst the rest!). We had a vision on what we wanted to achieve which TJ, Paul and the team brought to life! Their work has been meticulously carried out stage by stage, with care and ongoing communication. We’ve had some real laughs along the way and every member of the team has been brilliant throughout the project. We love our new kitchen dining space and will enjoy it for many years to come.
