Fantastic service from Kayden and Tyler at BRS who flushed all of our radiators and replaced the valves. They were professional throughout and explained everything they were doing. Very smooth booking system and competitive pricing too. We now have lovely warm working radiators for winter - thank you! Highly highly recommend and will be using for all plumbing related issues in the future.

BRS ... Very, very highly recommended ! They power flushed ten radiators in our house and replaced all the TRV valves. The job they did was excellent. We also asked them to replace an old combi boiler with a top of the range new one ... all of this was carried out in a superbly professional and efficient way ... we are delighted with the work done and the end results. Apart from that, the lads at BRS are top quality and trustworthy blokes! So, thank you to Tyrone, Ross, Kayden and Harry for a great experience during all of the (considerable) works done. Obviously, I will be using BRS in future for any heating or plumbing needs. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience with BRS. I was able to get an appointment first thing the next day to fix an issue with a radiator. Kayden arrived on time and was able to identify and resolve the problem quickly. Kayden was very knowledgeable, clearly explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions.

Great communication, professional and punctual. The plumber who visited was helpful in troubleshooting and gave a recommendation which actually meant we didn’t have to do plumbing work. I always think that’s a great sign, when someone is honest and tells you what they’d do if it were their home even if it means they’ve lost some business. Thank you again and we’ll definitely be back in the future for plumber and heating work.

Great service from start to finish. They were reliable, tidy and worked hard throughout the day to replace a 35 year old monstrous E7 hot water tank with a smaller, shiny new one. They even built me extra storage space! Cannot fault them and thoroughly recommend. Thank you to Ross, Harry, Ty and all his team.
