Recently had a new oil boiler installed by Chamberlains and very impressed by the standard of work and the friendly and helpful service delivered at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend

Writing on behalf of my mum. She called them twice in the past 2 weeks to book a boiler service. Both times she was told they would call her back and didn't. I called this morning to try again but they couldn't give me a date, so we're now going elsewhere. Pity because their work is very good ( if you can get them to come out).
We have called them twice this year and spoken to them asking for them to come and service our boiler and they have not called us back to schedule. This is not the first time we have had this experience, it was the same last year so now we have chosen to go elsewhere.
