First service after a new boiler was installed last year. Pleased to see Paul again, a very competent and friendly engineer.
Caprani had an efficient telephone service for booking the appointment and the engineer (Paul) quickly found the fault with my boiler, fixed it straight away and serviced the boiler. He was very polite, friendly and courteous, making sure he protective coverings over his shoes before he came in. I would highly recommend them.
Managed to get boiler service booked in quickly, got a designated time slot and communication was spot on. Paul was kind, professional and clean. Can’t fault Caprani at all.
What an amazing job Nathan, Matt and the rest of the team did transforming my bathroom from an 80s peach disaster to a bright light space. Was kept informed throughout and nothing was too much trouble for Nathan, even down to putting a mirror up for me. A real perfectionist. Cannot thank you enough guys. Emergency call out, arrived within one hour and temporary repair made. Quotation provided very promptly after visit. Friendly and efficient staff, Nathan was very thorough with his work and explained the cause and how it could be repaired.
