Dave from Copthorne Plumbing and Heating has visited us twice now. First to service our boiler and secondly to instal a new radiator. The latter was a bit of a custom job as we had a new custom unit built into our bay window and wanted to put a radiator on the front of it. Dave was very professional, courteous and explained everything very clearly. We’re very happy with the work and would gladly recommend Copthorne Plumbing and Heating.
These guys are incredible. I was let down by a local gas engineer. I called Dave and his team. They attended the property and fixed the boiler that had supposedly been serviced over the last three years by another engineer and rectified their work. All I will say is that they are professional and passionate about their job and being local was a bonus. I’ll definitely recommend them in the future to all my friends and family. The service was 2nd to none. They are extremely reasonable in price.
Fantastic company and team. They are always incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommended.
Really helped us out in an emergency, when previous "so called" plumber had said they had fixed problem with waste water pipe in kitchen. Kind, friendly, understanding and very professional.
Had two designer radiators fitted/swapped for old ones great Job professionally done friendly and gave me tips for restarting central heating after drained system and restarting getting air locks out would use again without hesitation
