We've used Astrit for two jobs so far: first to replace a ceiling light at very short notice, and then to paint a bedroom. His team were professional, reliable and lovely to work with. They arrived when they said they would and completed their jobs efficiently and to a high standard. Astrit clearly cares a lot about quality and doing things right and we'd not hesitate to use him again or to recommend his services.

Astrit and his team have done outstanding for us. We first contacted them to look at our leaking roof. They gave a great price and got to work a quickly. The photos show what a good job was done and we have not had a leak since. Because of this, we had them do more works for our house. They removed a skylight in our bathroom, installed a new radiator, and refloored our hallways, living room and balcony. Astrit pointed us in the right direction of where to look for good quality flooring. Astrit and his team also repainted the entire house and were very helpful in the process of selecting paints. We had the team install new sockets for our living room, and also hang up our new tv. One of the more troublesome tasks we had (which Astrit said was a first for him) was the removal of a broken bathroom tile. This tile was 2.4 metres and place underneath a 200kg bathtub. Astrit had to organise a team of 6 people to lift the bath whilst the new tile was installed underneath. Daja Contractors are an amazing team with vast amounts of skill, knowledge and good eye for detail. We would recommend them to anyone looking to make big or small renovations.

**Update October 2025 - Kitchen Extension** We were very happy with the work Daja Contractors did when removing our chimney breast last year (see review below), so we hired them again for our rear kitchen extension. Once again, Astrit and the team did a fantastic job. Their construction knowledge is second to none, and the quality of their work was excellent throughout. Astrit also offered helpful suggestions along the way, ideas we hadn’t thought of but which made a real difference. We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Daja to anyone planning a kitchen extension. Thank you Astrit, Jimmy, and Miri, for building our wonderful new kitchen! **July 2024** Astrit and his team recently removed a chimney breast on the ground floor of my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I chose his company based on existing reviews, and they truly lived up to the hype. From the start, they were incredibly punctual. Astrit promised a top-notch job, and he delivered on that promise. The team worked tirelessly, with hardly any breaks, and even pushed through until 7pm on a Saturday to ensure everything was ready for the building inspection on Monday. Their dedication was truly impressive. Despite the messy job of removing a chimney breast (so much dust!), they went above and beyond to keep the mess to a minimum. They expertly sealed off the area to prevent dust from spreading and protected my wooden floors with care. Polite, hardworking, and meticulous — Astrit and his team were fantastic. Astrit and the team did an incredible job with our new kitchen and living room. Their work is of the highest standard, and I couldn't recommend them enough. They are efficient, professional, and produce results in a timely manner. They always ensure they leave the place clean and tidy after they finish, which is key. Communication with Astrit was great, he was always very understanding and flexible if things needed to be adjusted, and always made sure the work was brilliant.
