We had Ben round last week to install a new boiler and what a brilliant job he did! Our boiler was originally in our garage and wanted to have the new one in the house so Ben recommended in the airing cupboard as was changing from tank to combi. He was recommended by a friend and so glad we used him as was quite a big job so wanted the right person. He turned up nice and early and explained everything that he was doing. From start to finish Ben was very professional and left everything clean and tidy. Already have our boiler service booked for next year and would definitely recommend him. Like most boilers problems always happen when you least need it and you think you’ll go days until you can book someone in. Fortunately we found Ben who on 2 or 3 occasion has helped us out at very short notice. Very honest and helpful person who clearly is excellent at what he does. You know that he isn’t try to pull the wool over your eyes to get extra money out of you he’s actually the opposite, tries to resolve the issue with the cheapest option. December just gone we had a major problem with the boiler and I thought that’s definitely a new boiler but he came, had a look and identified the issue which was a manufacturer defect. I’d have never have known that but with his help I was able to get the manufacturer to replace the whole thing at no cost. I’m sure if I’d asked the manufacturer to come have a look or even a different plumbing engineer they’d have took advantage of that. I’m not one for recommending people to other friends or family but Ben for sure I would and have. He’s one of the few good and honest ones out there.

I would definitely reccommend Ben for any plumbing or boiler jobs. He fitted a new boiler for us, he was very friendly, polite and really hard working. He made sure everything was covered and left it all very clean and tidy. Really happy that we waited for him to be able to do it. Thank you!

After reading all the positive reviews from previous customers we decided to call Ben for a quotation to remove old boiler, immersion tank and water tank in the loft space, and fit a new Combi boiler. When Ben came around to look at the job requirements we knew that he was the right person to tackle the job. Two weeks later he came to carry out the job, honestly we can’t fault him. Was a pleasure to have in our home and what a fantastic job he did. When he came up against an issue he wasn’t fazed, just carried on and solved the problem. We even asked for additional work to fit radiator in the cupboard where the immersion tank was and Ben said no problem at all. If you are after a Gas / heating engineer I would highly recommend Ben. Thanks Ben, really appreciate the hard work you did during the three days you were here and looking forward to seeing you again when you install the new shower.
