Genuine guy<br>Came out within a few hours, gave us some great advice on getting the part we needed elsewhere, for a cheaper price, which includes 6 months warranty on the entire boiler..<br>Will use again

Called on a Saturday morning & attended in the afternoon. Quickly diagnosed the issue and went to get the required part. System now up and running. Great service and work completed.

After an issue with our boiler and calling Mark, he was there within the hour.<br><br>Diagnosed the fault quickly but highlighted that our boiler was still in warranty which we wasn't ware of, so rather then complete the work himself which was just a small job that would of charged us more for parts and labour with himself, Mark called the manufacturer and booked us an appointment for the following day with them as it was free. A real honest tradesman, can't recommend enough.

It was time for a new boiler, Mark was prompt, polite, willing to answer questions, explain any pitfalls and quote for things that i need and explain the other things that I potentially didnt need. The quality of his work looks 1st class. His costs were the most competitive out there. His quote stayed the same. The biggest company that you'll encounter quoted nearly twice as much and I fail to see what they could do that justifies the extra cost. Def recommend.
