I had Gold plumbing put my new central heating in. Initially they were very good. However one of my radiators leaked & I lost lost all heating & hot water he ignored my calls. I threatened him with trading standards & he come back to fix the radiator. Then a week down the line my shower that they installed went wrong. Again he ignored my called. I eas having to shower at my neighbours house for work. Then I waited ages for him to install a water shut off system switch. When he come to my home he was rude, condescending and imitating. Horrible man. He's OK if all goes to plan but if you have issues after he doesn't want to know. I have since had to have a leak on my boiler fixed twice by another company.
Had them booked for a job and nobody showed up. Tried calling and no answer. Never phoned me back to explain or rebook job.
