Boiler servicing done by Gurung on 12 March. This was my first time using his service and it was a great experience. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything we asked about. He made us feel comfortable and confident about the work being done. The job was completed efficiently in about 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend him.

The radiator at my parents’ house was fixed and initially worked well, although the price was on the higher side. Unfortunately, the very next day the radiator stopped heating properly again. When my mum contacted the team to follow up and check whether it was the same issue, they responded by sending another quotation without inspecting the problem or taking accountability for the work carried out the day before. This was disappointing and left us feeling unsupported after the initial repair.
