Our first service for our Ideal Air Source Heat pump and we were very happy with the work carried out by Shaun. Shaun turned up at the agreed time and took the care to service the system thoroughly, as well as adjusting the system to improve its performance.
Installed our new boiler in a day no fuss no mess excellent service would definitely recommend . Guys were very polite and kept us informed.
We had a fault on our heating system your company came out and quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty wireless thermostat and receiver) we were extremely pleased with your response and repair.
After intial mis diagnosis & faulty new pump being fitted ( not Heating Care's fault the pump was faulty ), by engineer. The 2nd engineer who came, Scott, worked away tirelessly to find the fault with our boiler. He was very friendly & knowledgably. Very happy with the outcome. Suggest the office communicated more with us, to keep us updated.
