complete incompetence, useless, purchased a fan, said on their website and on ebay it was available, they sent me a confirmation email, DPD delivery even sent me a confirmation email they had received the fan and was going to deliver, then 3 days later they email me to says there is an error and they dont actually have the fan even though now a week later it still shows as available on their website! LOL complete amatuers, they have no clue what they are doing, they also advertise as HTS, Heating Trade Supplies. Order Number: 12072

Really poor customer service. I bought a reconditioned circuit board from them. Before I had opened the package from HTS I discovered my boiler was beyond repair so returned the item too them unopened. They then had the audacity to say that I had not returned their item and would not issue a refund. They would not even agree to a partial refund.

Absolutely outstanding service from HTS, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I ordered a refurbished part for my boiler but when it arrived it was slightly different to mine, their customer service was excellent and any questions were answered promptly. Upon returning their part together with mine they refunded me, were able to repair my part and return it quickly. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient, a rarity in this day and age. A real stand-out company I would have no hesitation in using again.
