We had an amazing experience with Hickfords and the build of our kitchen extension. With us every step of the way were Alan’s brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to help and offer advice when sought Bryn and Ian who came and carried out the ground works were exceptionally neat and tidy, to the point you wouldn’t have thought we were having any building works done! Always ensuring everyone was happy, including our neighbours and the general village as a whole Richard’s carpentry skills were amazing and it was somewhat a sad day when our handcrafted roof had to be covered over. Richard was not one afraid to muck in either, and it was lovely to have him with us for most of the build Mick’s patience with our changing choices and exceptional attention to detail was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us with our journey and deliver us our perfect kitchen It’s been an absolute delight having the Hickford’s team in our home. We’re glad to see them go as it means our extension is complete, but sad to see them leave I have absolutely no reason to not recommend Hickford’s. If they are not quite available when you need them, I can guarantee, it’s worth the wait!

A 5 star review for a 5 star service! I contacted Hickford's regarding a driveway extension. The works required a licence from MK Council for a dropped kerb installation as part of the works. Alan listened to what I wanted built, giving solid advice on how he would approach the works and giving reassurance about the process with MK Council. Hickford's then took care of everything from the council consent process through to the works themselves. The team were polite, and kept a tidy site too. The quality of the workmanship on the driveway was second to none and I would not hesitate to use them for future works I have planned. The result was stunning!

I tried to share the below via email but the email.bounces back. I've just drove home from work driving along the back roads from Wellingborough to Kettering via Orlingbury/Pytchley. For the whole journey I had a van driver from your company driving aggressively and stupidly close to the back of my car. He nearly went into me on a couple of occasions. Please could you investigate and provide the driver some feedback - he's going to cause an accident.

I recently contacted Hickford Construction with a business enquiry, and I was disappointed with the experience. The person I spoke with was quite rude and dismissive, which left a negative impression. I was hoping for a professional and courteous conversation, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I expected better customer service, especially when reaching out with a genuine business opportunity.
