Great and speedy service from HPR.
We worked with HPR Services to have a gas check done on the property that we are looking to buy. Friendly and professional service from start to finish! Really appreciated that they delivered the inspection results quickly so that we could make a decision on the property.

My 11 year old Ideal logic 30 combi boiler went on strike within 3 days of zero degrees weather forecast. Caught attention of a HPR engineer who was working on a house nearby and he politely recommended I spoke to his HQ. A brilliant lady called Abby booked me in for an engineer to call between 8 and 12 the following day. Rees turned up at 12 but was done in an hour. I am so impressed. Rees was methodical, professional and generous in explaining and advising on everything I needed to know. Honesty goes a long way and even though I was half expecting to have to replace this old boiler , Rees discussed a plan of action which was not only energy saving, but kind on my wallet too.HPR, I take my hat off to you….and well done Rees! 11 out of 10. Great customer service, great workmanship. They couldn't have been more helpful and flexible to all my needs when installing heating into my house. From the advice given, flexibility around my scheduling, and communication and assistance through the whole project the service was exemplary.
