Having being in the trade from an Architectural perspective, I was introduced to Hype Building Ltd on a scheme in Newcastle -under-Lyme, for a conversion of an existing commercial unit into flats. John and his team were very good to work with given the amount of building contractors (small & big) I have worked with over the years - Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and certainly understand what workmanship is required for an end product for any client. I will certainly have no hesitation on putting forward Hype to any future Tender, commercially or domestically

Hype Building completed the conversion of a public house into 6 self-contained flats for us, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. The standard of work was great. A special mention to Phil, the Project Manager, who was brilliant throughout. He was always helpful, easy to deal with, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish.
