I thought the initial information and advice was excellent from this company and know that i have bought a really good, future proofed product. The man who arrived to install it wasn’t a great communicator and did not explain anything about the product to me. However Kyle, his helper, was excellent.

I’m very happy with the service I received. I needed a new cable run to my electric shower and the engineer followed my preference for running it through a wall instead of in trunking, even though it was more tricky. He was communicative and polite, and when an unexpected issue arose that he could not solve right away, another engineer was sent over the next day to finish the job.
