Just been renovating a bathroom for a friend of mine in Bournemouth and she told me about this place. I typically would have just gone to Screwfix but on this occasion I decided to give these guys a try. So glad I did! The house was built in the 1890s and consequently had every conceivable type of fitting known to man! Lead pipe, steel pipe, copper, imperial, metric, push fit, plastic weld and compression. I think I made somewhere near 8 visits in one day as I encountered problem after problem and each time the staff helped me come up with a solution or guided me to the correct part. I can't recommend them enough! Definitely 5 stars! Actually cheaper than screwfix on enough of the items too. Also made me realise that we should support these types of independent businesses in our communities and help our local economies.
Proper plumbing shop
Superb service! Ordered a product in a bit of a hurry- it arrived promptly and they even offered to deliver it for free. Then something on the product was faulty- they got a replacement delivered within 2 working days. So impressed. Great communication, helpful and fast!
