A plumber was arranged through our home insurance. He identified and fixed the leak in no time. He was also extremely pleasant and friendly and left no mess. I'd certainly use this company again in the future.
Engineer booked through home insurance as we had no hot water. Engineer from j and c came out, did a quick fix which lasted about 24 hrs, but said he needed parts to fix. Came back a week later, on that morning we developed a separate drainage issue which part leaked into the boiler. Engineer attended, said it wasnt his problem as he's not a plumber, but opened a few pipes up, then scuttled off without advising further. He was uncommunicative and unhelpful, mumbling about the boiler needing replacent. Rebooked a plumber via home insurer. The same engineer returned the next day, fully aware that we had a drainage issue and a leak in the boiler, said it wasn't his problem as he doesn't do drainage and left. Not sure what j and c calls that kind of service, as he was fully aware of the issue and had filed a report on it the day before, coming out for 30 seconds just to get the call out fee. Have now pursued other means to get the job sorted and our boiler assessed by someone who is reliable and trustworthy.
Fantastic response to an emergency call out this afternoon. I pulled a picture hook out of the wall and oops it had been nailed to a water pipe!!!!!! Water everywhere! Jonathan was here within 30 minutes and has solved the initial problem perfectly- bitt of brick work to repair now but hey ho ……..
They've been doing my boiler servicing for a few years, always punctual and polite. We had a minor boiler issue that needed resolving, had a quote that I was happy with and the work was done quickly and efficiently at the expected price. Can't fault them, always a pleasure
A massive thankyou to the young lad (unfortunately didnt get his name) that attended my property on 7.03.26 fixed my leaking mixer tap in my kitchen..the job turned out to be a bigger project but the lad did a fantastic job in a quick time period..very friendly with my partner and very chatty..thankyou again sir I appreciate you!
