I don’t know what this families plumbing is like but I hope it’s better than their driving. Disgusting behaviour, smashed the wing mirror off my van while I was stood there and proceeded to drive off without even stopping or apologising. Genuinely cannot believe the disrespect the driver has shown to my property, knowing they’re in a sign written van and supposed to be a family run business within the area. If this is how they act then god knows what they do in your properties and caravans.

This company just done a job on my daughters boiler and charged £1100 for this which should have been no more than £600 and she had to have this company because Seymour's caravan use them been told from all other plumbing companies in Skegness that it's only £1200 for a brand new boiler fitted so going to take this company to trading standards do not use this company nothing but cons

We have used John Lacey for a few years now and they are always come on time, do reliable work , we always have a good work ethic, don’t charge for something you don’t need.

Turned up to service a boiler and sabotaged the handle.I was told I’d need a new boiler.seemed strange so I got a second opinion and was fixed for £2 part and £20 to fit (be careful)

Always helpful, lovely friendly staff very knowledgeable.
