Lee attended my property to deal with a central heating problem. He was very professional, informative and carried out an excellent job. I would 100% recommend this company. Don't use this fellow! Made 3 appointments to get work done but each time he never turned up....No communication at all. Totally unreliable and an absolute waste of space

Lee has competently and neatly exchanged three toilets in our house. At first, I was afraid having plumber so quickly ...but don't be afraid: he just knows how to manage time between big and small jobs to get repeating works and satisfy his clients. Fully equipped with tools and additional parts (just in case), keen to communicate and discussing any adjustments needed, extremely polite... and very tidy. The work area was well protected before and nicely cleaned after his work. Time arrangements were well kept. Price given by Lee was expected for the job. Lee is a very reliable tradesman with a lot of experience and knowledge (very decent advices about other aspects of in-house plumbing were given). We have already discuss future job given to Lee and I am looking forward to seeing him again. Some professionals act like "primadonnas"... Lee is a decent and modest man who knows his occupation and aims to get the job done to the standards expected . Thank you Lee!
