Outstanding service from the electricians who attended our care home following a power outage. They arrived promptly , were calm and reassuring and clearly explained what had happened and what needed to be done. They worked efficiently , safely and with full awareness of the care environment and the residents needs. Extremely professional throughout - we would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them . Really happy with their service. They came the day after I called, at 9am. They were able to quickly identify my issue with my immersion heaters, and had the foresight to bring the parts they thought they would need. They showed me what they were doing and explained it to me, and were polite and courteous. They generally tidied up the mess made by the last person to do the wiring, and I was really happy with their work. There price was reasonable, and definitely worth it. Will use again.
