Was invited for a DnD session originally, have been several times in my free time since. When it comes to the business and the staff, I have enjoyed coming here. Staff remember your names, always smiling and a warm welcome when walking through the doors. The menu offers both hot and cold items with the Pizza baguettes and the Crisp P bacon sandwich being my go to menu orders. Savory, fresh and filling. They offer a large drink selection also offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and with a large selection of syrups and mixers expanding the choice of drinks where you can try something new every week with the large selection! You can speak to the staff as well regarding any ideas or concerns. Its nice to be heard. I appreciate the staff going the extra mile. Highly recommend to anyone new or local to the area as they accommodate different nights and genres to appeal to a large audience.
I honestly don't know where to start. An absolutely amazing venue with the loveliest staff who have bent over backwards to accommodate our Pokémon League. Amazing food, amazing drink and an 11 out of 10 atmosphere. The Pokémon nights are a definite highlight. They've taken us in and helped us establish the biggest League in the area with the most amazing and friendly players. I can never rate this place highly enough.
Absolutely fantastic place, during the pokemom nights, everyone is welcoming and makes me feel truly a part of a group. Then judges are always helpful with anyone questions that I have. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to get into pokemon. The staff at long rest are also so friendly and the food and drinks are fantastic!
Love this spot! Long Rest is such a gem. The staff are absolutely amazing, and there’s a huge selection of games and great food — honestly, what’s not to love? My kids are big fans too, especially for the milkshakes and family game nights. Tuesday Pokémon nights are a highlight. It’s built such a fun, welcoming little community — I’ve met some genuinely lovely people there. We laugh, joke around, and always lift each other up when someone’s having a rough day. It’s more than just a game night; it really feels like a place you belong.
