MCS cancelled 2 appointments with us for a boiler service. We paid upfront. Waisted a days holiday from work as 1st appointment was cancelled at short notice.

I have a maintenance contract with MCS so when my boiler began losing pressure I contacted the office, and engineer came out and told me that I needed two new parts he told me he'd order them and the office would be in touch after a week I contacted the office and was told the parts had been misplaced I got a new date and another engineer came and informed me that the parts weren't required but the boiler was now leaking and the engineer told me a new tap was required, what didn't help was the tap was bunged up with tissues! (I have photos) I was beginning to lose faith in MCS! Yet another engineer came out replaced the tap and told me that the boiler should be ok now, it was for a while but the pressure began to drop,I reported it to the office, John came out told us the issues with the boiler and suggested a new boiler we took his advice.Thank goodness for John he came to fit the new boiler he went through everything about the new boiler and all the work he was going to do,he was brilliant faith restored in MCS , thanks again to John.
