We recently had a commercial building converted into a 6 bedroom HMO with Missiato and it went amazing everything was done to a high standard and in the time frame we needed. Very happy with the overall work and professionalism of them, we will definitely be using them on future projects!

Missiato were the main contractor for my 8 bed, 6 ensuite, HMO in Horfield. I worked with Luke Sperring throughout from contract specification and negotiation, to handover. The back to brick project involved a new dormer, hip to gable roof, rear single storey extension, complete rewire and replumb, wall and first floor stairs removal, 8 panel roof PV solar and associated electrics, thermal and acoustic upgrade to an EPC B rating, new heating system, 8 new en suites/bathrooms, replacement of all render, new terrace, bicycle store and landscaping. Communication was excellent, both with Luke and the trades on site. When issues arose, as they always will, options and solutions were offered. Luke was determined to deliver the completed project in the agreed three month timescale and achieved that which was no mean feat! After project support and minor correction work has been attended to quickly and without hesitation. This is the first time I have worked with the Missiato team and I would be happy to do so again.
