Superb service. Recommended by a friend, and I am very glad I followed it up. I had previously been messed about badly by two other companies, so expectations were cautious. James booked the service on the same day I made contact and was able to visit just four days later. He arrived exactly on time, with none of the usual “anytime between 7am and 7pm” nonsense, and even messaged when he was 20 minutes away. He explained everything clearly and carried out a very thorough service that took around an hour. Previous companies tended to finish in about 20 minutes and charge significantly more. I have now booked an annual service. It makes a real difference to find this level of honesty and courtesy. Highly recommended.

James came to do a boiler service. He was so friendly, very informative about the work that he was carrying out, clean and tidy. I was super impressed with James service and repair of my boiler today. From start to finish he was professional and knowledgeable. He has a great appointment setup on his website, he is reassuring with a confirmation email and a reminder text and phone call. His work is excellent and it’s clear he knows his stuff. Very thorough, very tidy and no shortcuts. I really can’t recommend him enough. I was also so grateful that he took the time to explain and show me what had gone wrong and how to do things correctly going forward. INCREDIBLE 5 STAR SERVICE - Booked Call Out Online Via Website at 9pm as our central heating would not switch OFF. Such a simple transaction. James came out the following day and identified the issue immediately. Replaced the Faulty Value Unit and thoroughly tested it. Gave us a very user friendly explanation of the issue and the solution and some very invaluable advice for the future. Great value for money. I cannot praise James highly enough and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring a heating engineer. Thank you very much.
