Absolutely horrific experience. The engineer came to do a gas and safety check on my heating system in late December. I moved into the property late January and since living here the heating was working fine. But suddenly it started to play up. I called the company and the lady was just arguing with me saying this is now a new issue and I will have to pay for another contractor to come out. The initial contractor was unavailable. The job is under warranty but she refused to hear anything I said. Her attitude was a terrible. She was rude and when I eventually put the phone down she kept calling back and arguing with me. This happened around 5 times where she repeatedly called me back to argue her point. I then had to ignore her calls. I made it clear to her that the service was appalling and that I will go to another company. But she just kept calling. Very unprofessional.

Be careful. Not what it appears to be. The 30 minute call out took an hour. We were advised that there would be a £79 call out fee, the problem would be assessed and a quote would be provided. This is NOT what happens. The engineer arrives, doesn't look at the problem and immediately tells you to e-mail the office without evaluating, asking you to sign up for £230 per hour contract, at which point they have your e-mail. I said to the engineer this sounded odd, and asked him what the quote would be and what the problem was and what the hourly rate was. Plumber didn't know what the hourly rate would be or how long hew would be here etc. It all had to come via the 'office' who obviously had no idea what the problem was. Feel scammed

Excellent service from MSJ Plumbing! Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They fixed my issue quickly and for a great price. Highly recommended to anyone in the area.
