Fantastic service from beginning to end.<br>From Lewis undertaking the review of the multi options we were considering, the efficiency of Rhianne in providing the various quotes, and the sheer professionalism of Lewis and his two colleagues in installation, the whole experience was 100% positive.<br>And, by the way, at a very reasonable price
Toilet flush went wrong, called Neil Robertson plumbing and heating and they sent Callum M out who replaced the faulty syphon with a new one , very quick and efficient friendly service.
Neil Robertson Plumbing installed our boiler but have now told us they will no longer service it, recommending other Taunton firms instead (JVL Plumbing, AJ Plumbing and Commando Gas). This followed a bathroom enquiry that didn't proceed — the quote was taking too long to produce, so we used a different builder.<br>In my view, declining to service a boiler you installed is poor service. We're happy to take our custom elsewhere.
