We had a rather stressful scenario where water was leaking into the flat below. James arrived and quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue and left us with a bathroom we are very happy with - he and his team did a fabulous job and were very respectful, unitrusive and tidy. I would recommend James 100%, was very nice and polite with replying back and also came promptly with great communication. He did a check for me with my plumbing as I was worried I had some water hammer issues and he tested the sink and explained everything was okay. Didn’t try to sell me anything when all was good and reassured me with my concerns. Great ethics clearly in the company and in James character. Thankyou for all 🙏
