Excellent service, remotely ordered a spare part which arrived on time. Unfortunately arrived from manufacturer damaged but Plumbersmate resolved issue.

We worked with Bruce, who clearly has extensive knowledge of the product range. He guided us through the design process and helped us choose fittings and tiles that complemented the overall look perfectly.<br><br>The quality of the fittings is first class, and the finished bathroom looks absolutely perfect in situ. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly, and the speed of service was excellent — there were no delays in receiving the items we needed.<br><br>We particularly appreciated being able to borrow tiles and samples so we could match them with paint colours and window fittings at home, which made decision-making much easier.<br><br>All in all, an excellent service from a local business with friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff.
