Honest excellent service. Arranged a booked service, advised needed a new valve so arranged the appointment. A couple of days before the appointment they pop round to double check the work to be advised there is no issue and no valve required. They had discovered previous equipment used was not working correctly so they wanted to be sure I needed the valve, which I didn’t. They didn’t need to cancel my job they could have just done the work but they didn’t. Thank you for checking and thank you for your honesty it’s very much appreciated. Poor company and terrible driving from the operatives

Arrived on time and completed my boiler service and gas check in an efficient manner. As always friendly, polite engineer and I was able to make immediate payment over the phone Aug 2025… Adding to my previous review… I use Plumbing and Gas Solutions every year for my boiler service and gas check. I recently had an error code on the boiler and was able to make an appointment for the next working day for it be be investigated. A new pump was required and this was ordered and received next working day. Unfortunately the merchant sent the wrong pump and didn’t stock the right one for my model. The engineer, Kellan, called to explain the issue and then went back to the office to help procure the correct one via other vendors. This was delivered next day and installed the day after. How a company deals with a problem really does say a lot about them and I cannot recommend Plumbing and Gas Solutions highly enough. Saphie, in customer service, is an absolute delight - always cheerful, polite and very helpful. My house is rented out and it’s imperative for me to have a local company who can attend in good time and have the resources to ensure problems are dealt with quickly. I highly recommend Plumbing and Gas Solutions 😊
