First class service from Loz and Ollie. Theyre always punctual, professional and knowledgeable. We had them round to replace our fuse board and carry out the electrical work in our new kitchen and also install an extractor fan in our bathroom. Excellent service and very tidy too. Only just found Prime and can honestly say this outfit is first class. Not often do I find a company that delivers the standard of work I’ve recieved from them. Just wish I’d found them earlier.

Lawrence has an exceptional knowledge of electrics, gives great advice and listens to your requirements. We had all the lighting and plug sockets renewed, oven was rewired, extra plug sockets fitted, the fuse box was updated to enhance safety and compliance, also two Aico fire alarms connected to the electrics. Oli and John arrived on time and got straight to work. Pleasant easy to talk to, very thorough, hard working and clean and tidy. They even removed old electric wires not required and when they left took all the rubbish with them. I will definitely recommend Prime Electric Services and will not hesitate to call them for electrics for us when required.

I contacted Prime Electrical Services to install a timer switch which proved to be an unexpectedly long job. They were excellent in their patience and professionalism and did not charge any extra for the time spent. We then found the product, which I had supplied, was faulty and Prime Electrics came back today and installed a new switch all free of charge. I can't rate them highly enough.
